Gordana & Tony Dunn

MARRIED 31 OCTOBER 2015

Love isn't always about two people realising they can't live without each other.  Sometimes, it's about a whole family of people coming together and enriching each other's lives for the better. Gordana & Tony not only exemplify the joining of two originally seperate families, but have proven that their entire family is better together, than apart.

When Gordana & Tony met at the George Harcourt Inn a little over 4 years ago, it wasn't just Tony's good looks that attracted him to Gordana, and it certainly wasn't his impressive skills on a motorbike...well, maybe it was, but it definitely wasn't the only reason. It was his ability to make Gordana laugh and smile with his witty personality.

Tony's selflessness is one trait that Gordana loves, and one of many, many reasons why she accepted Tony's very romantic proposal, on top of Mount Coree in the Brindabella National Park. The proposal was in the form of a message in a bottle, which had been hidden under a bush, and Tony's daughter had to help find the bottle for Gordana to read.

Gordana & Tony's most treasured memory was a 10 day cruise in the South Pacific, visiting islands such as Isle of Pines, Noumea and Mare Island

The day of the wedding started at Gordana's sister's house in Casey. We arrived to find Gordana, her beautiful bridesmaids, and extremely pretty flower girls all having a great time.
The bridal gown was a thing of beauty and we all couldn't wait to see Gordana step into for the first time, as it was going to be absolutely spectacular...and we were definitely not disappointed, she looked absolutely breathtaking!

Spending some time with the boys, we knew this was going to be such a fantastic day, as they were ready for fun and a laugh...and an extra little something that had Tony really pumped - it was his chance to have his big boy toy part of the wedding!

Gordana & Tony were married at The Chapel in Gold Creek. The ceremony was just beautiful - they even performed a candle lighting ceremony before they exchanged their vows. The unity that this symbolises is not only for them as Bride & Groom but also to bring their two families together as one.

Once all the formalities and family photos were over, it was time to head to a secret spot in Mitchell, where Tony brought out his Honda CBR Sportsbike, so he could show us all what it was made of...and he most certainly didn't let us down, even his new bride got in on the action! The rain had started but this didn't stop Tony from getting the powerful machine to produce some seriously wicked smoke.

From there, we ventured over to The National Museum of Australia where Gordana, Tony and all the bridal party got out some drinks and nibbles and relaxed while we got some amazing shots of all of them. We also managed to whisk away the Bride & Groom for some photos of just the two of them, and thankfully the rain had stopped.

Our last stop was at The National Gallery, stepping inside James Turrell's Skyspace, to get some more stunning shots.

Onto the reception. Everyone was super excited to see the newly weds and share in the fun and laughter that was to continue into the night.  Such a beautiful way to end an amazing day.
