Teresa & Santino Lombardo

Parties were all the rage when these two were young, but it wasn’t until later in life that they finally found each. The fun part is that they met at a birthday party.
Teresa & Santino have know each other for 7 years now and they are so glad they finally found each other. When they met, it was like all the stress and pressure of life finally melted away and they just felt so comfortable with each other. They spent some time talking and realised they also both wanted the same things in life. And it’s as simple as that - finding someone who likes what you do, can support what you do and has the same end-goal in life. That’s a marriage for life!
After they had spent a couple of years together, they Santino realised Teresa was the one for him through and through, so in June 2014, her got down on one knee during a little break in the Hunter Valley and proposed. Of course, we all know what Teresa said!
They have had such a great together since being together, but the two memories that really stick in each other’s minds (so much so that they were mentioned on the day of their wedding as well) were these ones:
For Teresa, her favourite moment of Santino is when she took him on their first date to a gay night club and he wouldn’t get off the lounge all night. Now a lot more was said on the day of their wedding about this little experience, but safe to say that that was an eye-opener for everyone involved!
And for Santino, his favourite memory is the look on Teresa’s face when he first proposed. She wasn’t expecting it at all, and that was the best part of that whole thing!
On their wedding day, we drove up to the Gibraltar Hotel to follow them and their beautiful children through their wedding day, getting to some spots on the golf course grounds that we normally don’t have a chance to. Here are just a few photos from their day…
