They say that when you find someone you’re falling in love with, you’re literally wearing learners plates for your relationship, because there is no handbook on how to fall in love. Well, Sophie & Anthony took the wearing L-plates to the next level, because they actually met at a motorbike learners course!
Since their L-plate days, back in 2017, they’ve been inseparable. You could say it was love at first sight, but we’d rather say it was love at first ride! They’ve created a beautiful relationship together, and after he proposed, they even had a beautiful little boy together!!
Some of their favourite moments together are those that involve Leo - their amazing little boy. And one of the best ones is when they took him to the beach for the first time. Just standing there, as a family unit, on the beach, and teaching Leo how to cope with the sand and waves is a memory they will cherish forever…
The proposal was just as cute - and on a beach to boot!
They were taking a leisurely stroll down a secluded beach in Broadbeach QLD, while they were walking along, Anthony spotted something in the sand. He leaned down, fished it out the sand, and stayed on one knee. How Anthony managed to just stumble across a beautiful diamond ring in the sands of the Broadbeach beach remains a complete mystery to us. Perhaps it one of those special reasons why Sophie loves him so much!
On their wedding day, we started with each of them at their respective homes before having them joined together in marriage on the lawns of Pialligo Estate. We then took them around the grounds of the Estate for a few photos before partying the night away in the Glasshouse. Here are just a few of the images we captured for them…
