Good things come to those who wait. And whether it of our knowing our not, we are brought together for a reason. For Bec & Jordan, they first met in high school. But it wasn’t until much later on, on a night out on the town that they really met each properly.
Since then, they have pretty much been inseparable - that was 6.5 years ago!
They started to fall more and more love each and every day, as they both share the same values, and want the same things in life. Plus, Jordan, in true gentlemanly style, has been there for Bec whenever she’s been worried or sad, always trying his best to help solve her issues. We know that he will continue this throughout their married life together.
Over the time they’ve been together, their most favourite memories are the simple things in life, the ones that stay with you, like lazing with each other on the couch for hours on end watching movie after movie! In fact, one of their most funny moments together comes from the movies! It was one of their very first dates, and as they were walking out of the movies, instead of giving Bec a kiss like he always would, he raced away. It wasn’t until later that Bec found out that he had a bleeding nose, and didn’t want to ruin her beautiful dress!
True to form, the romantic at heart, Jordan decided to make a memorable spot even more memorable. The place where he asked Bec to be his girlfriend became the place that he proposed to her as well, and on the same day as well - making sure they would never forget the 24th of May.
On their wedding day, we joined them at their local church before whisking them away in 43 degree heat for some photos! We chose a location that would hopefully give us some respite from the blaring sun while still being outdoors, and here are just a few of the images we took on their day…
