They say the best parties you can be at are house parties. The ones where everyone is invited and you can really let loose and be you, having heaps and heaps of fun! Well, We don’t know for sure if Anne & Danny really party hard, but over a fateful holiday season, they really got to know each other. With their workplace as the common ground, it was easy to find things to talk about!
They found out really early on that they could just be themselves around each other. They developed an amazing friendship almost instantly where they could tell each other anything right from the get go. Their one vice became cuddles. They’d curl up together watching cartoons, sometimes waking up in the exact same position they’d fallen asleep in.
Anne & Danny are the type of couple that try to make each other laugh every day. As such, they have spent most of their time together laughing! If it's not something they say, it's something they do… like how they were sent flying off a jet-ski driven by Danny that time in Fiji. Not funny at the time, but certainly gives them a laugh when they watch the footage back.
Both big fans of immersing themselves in other cultures, and with a huge love for anime, their favourite trip together has to be the one to Japan back in 2016. They love that country so much, they have already been back once and are planning another trip for sometime later this year!
Danny, a massive romantic, has managed to attach almost all their important dates on the one single date, now also their wedding date. We think he’s onto something! ;) Their wedding date is their 5 year anniversary of being together, is their one year anniversary of being engaged, among other things. The proposal was something he planned as well - getting down on one knee on Surfer’s beach, a place they had walked together exactly 4 years prior on their first anniversary of being together.
On their wedding day, we started with each of them in their respective locations before heading out to Goolabri to fight with the potential rain, managing to get all our photos done before it came bucketing down! But they say rain on your wedding day is good luck! Here are just a few of what we captured for these two beautiful souls…
